## About

bisibility is an open-source SEO platform for founders, developers and AI agents that tracks Google keyword rankings and research using data providers you choose and control. You bring your own API keys from DataForSEO, SerpApi or other providers, pay them directly with no markup, and bisibility layers rank tracking, keyword research, backlinks and brand visibility checks on top. Set up your first ranking in five minutes by entering a domain, adding keywords from a list or Google Search Console, and running a check.

The platform stores your full ranking history across provider switches, shows which provider returned each result and what it cost, and integrates with your own Google Search Console and analytics to add clicks and traffic data. You can self-host the open-source code under AGPL-3.0 for free, or use the cloud version starting at 3 dollars per month. Agents can inspect the API at /api/v1/llms.txt to create keywords, run checks and read results programmatically.

Features include a dashboard showing average position, keywords in the top 10, visibility percentage and position distribution, a rank tracker for monitoring changes over time, a prompt tracker for AI research with citations, and a prompt playground for brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and AI Overviews. A seven-day free trial requires no credit card.

bisibility is not a search index or SaaS lock-in. You choose which SERP data provider to trust, switch providers at any time while keeping your history, and pay the provider directly. The open-source code runs on your own server for zero cost, or use the cloud with transparent per-check pricing.

Problem
SEO tools lock you into their data sources and charge markups. Switching providers means losing your ranking history. You cannot see which data source returned each result or what it actually cost.

Solution
bisibility lets you bring your own SERP provider keys, switch between providers without losing history, and see the source and cost of every rank check. Self-host free or pay only for checks you run.
