## About

Cadentiq is a habit tracking app for Android that helps you build daily discipline through walks, workouts, focus sessions and custom routines. You set reminders at times you choose and log each habit as done, minimum or skipped straight from the notification without opening the app. After five days ignored, a habit goes quiet rather than breaking your streak.

The Move tab times walks or workouts and shows steps, distance, pace and route shape, with auto-pause after ten seconds without movement. Focus runs in 25-minute rounds with 5-minute breaks or 50 with 10, growing a tree for every minute you stay focused. The app reads steps, exercise minutes, workouts and water from Health Connect to avoid double-counting.

Cadentiq uses a 30-day rhythm line instead of a streak counter, dipping on missed days but climbing back. You get two freezes to skip a day without breaking rhythm, plus one more every Sunday up to four total. The app supports four habit kinds (build, quit, count, checklist) and five schedules (every day, weekdays, specific times per week, set days, days of the month).

Cadentiq forgives missed days through freezes and minimums rather than breaking streaks. A rhythm line shows your pattern over 30 days instead of counting consecutive days. The app integrates with Health Connect to read steps and workouts from a single source, and focus sessions grow a visual tree for each minute of concentration.

Problem
Habit trackers often punish one missed day by breaking your entire streak, making it hard to stay motivated when life gets difficult.

Solution
Cadentiq lets you freeze a day, do the minimum, or skip without breaking your rhythm. A 30-day rhythm line shows your pattern rather than counting consecutive days, keeping you going through hard days.
