## About

GeniusPal is a study tool for students that converts notes, lecture slides, PDFs and other documents into exam-grade practice questions. Upload a file once and get three ways to study: a quiz with multiple-choice questions, flashcards for drilling, and active recall where you write answers before seeing them. Each question includes an explanation and traces back to your original material word for word.

You can upload a past exam paper so GeniusPal learns its style: the topics it repeats, whether it asks for multiple choice or written answers, how hard it pitches, and the words it uses. The tool then applies that style to questions generated from your notes, though nothing from the paper itself is copied in. A saved style works across later sets for the same subject.

The app tracks what you've mastered, what's still shaky, and how long until exam day. It's built around retrieval practice and spaced repetition rather than passive review. You get two study sets free with no credit card required, then choose a weekly, monthly or yearly plan.

GeniusPal generates questions that match your exam's actual style by analysing a past paper you upload. It shows you what you'd score today and tracks gaps across all your study sets. Every answer explanation quotes directly from your own notes, and the tool focuses on retrieval practice and spaced repetition rather than re-reading.

Problem
Students spend study time on passive review like re-reading and highlighting, which fades by exam day. Turning messy notes into usable revision material is time-consuming busywork.

Solution
GeniusPal turns your notes into retrieval practice questions in three formats. It learns your exam's style from a past paper and generates questions that match it. Tracking shows exactly what you've mastered and what needs more work.
