## About

PartFit 3D is a browser-based tool for splitting oversized STL and 3MF files so they fit your 3D printer. Upload a model, choose your printer from presets for Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, ELEGOO, QIDI and Flashforge, then orient and cut pieces as needed. The tool checks each part against your build volume and safety margin, marks whether pieces fit, and rechecks boundaries and mesh integrity after every cut.

All processing happens locally in your browser with no uploads to a server. You can cut the same oversized piece multiple times without restarting, keeping results in a parts list as you work. Export finished parts as a 3MF project or STL set for your slicer. The tool includes size checks, orientation options (exact angles, face-to-bed, or automatic), and verification for open boundaries, non-manifold edges and watertight seals.

PartFit requires no account and handles files up to 200 MB. It does not replace slicer or physical print verification, but blocks exports when mesh checks fail.

PartFit rechecks fit and mesh integrity after every cut, not just splitting once. It runs entirely in your browser with no server uploads, keeps your model private by default, and lets you iteratively cut oversized pieces without restarting the project.

Problem
3D models often exceed your printer's build volume, requiring manual size checking and cutting before slicing. Verifying each piece fits and has valid geometry is tedious and error-prone.

Solution
PartFit automates size checks against your printer's build volume and safety margin, verifies mesh integrity after each cut, and lets you iteratively split oversized pieces until all parts fit.
