## About

Smart Jelly is a Mac app that combines chat, dictation, voice, meeting prep, note-taking, document creation and agents in one place. It runs entirely on your device with encrypted memory, so nothing leaves your Mac without your permission. You can ask it questions about your work, dictate into any app, talk to it hands-free, prepare for meetings using past conversations, track what you promised people, create documents in your tone, and set up agents to handle tasks on the web.

The app learns from messages, calls and notes you choose to share, building a single memory of your work across all your apps. Chat answers include their sources. Dictation learns your names and writing style. Voice replies can be typed directly into the app in front of you. Meeting prep draws on past conversations with attendees. Open Loops tracks promises you made and ticks them off when done.

Smart Jelly runs on Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 14 or later. You can use your own API key so queries go straight to your account. A free plan includes small monthly limits; paid plans unlock more usage and agent tasks. Everything stays encrypted on your Mac, and the app never stores queries for training.

Smart Jelly combines features usually split across four separate subscriptions (ChatGPT Plus, Wispr Flow, Granola, Chaser) into one app with shared memory. All processing happens on your Mac with encryption. You can use your own API key so nothing goes through Smart Jelly's servers.

Problem
People juggle separate apps for chat, dictation, meeting notes and task tracking, each with its own subscription and no shared context about their work.

Solution
Smart Jelly combines all these tools in one Mac app with a single encrypted memory of your conversations, meetings and projects, so each feature understands what you're working on.
