## About

TellPip is a call assistant for professionals who talk with clients: consultants, sales people, recruiters, lawyers, accountants, freelancers. It runs on your Mac and listens to your calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack or any other app, without adding a bot to the meeting.

During the call, when someone asks you a question, you press one key and Pip (the little bird) whispers the answer from your own documents: price lists, contracts, offers, product sheets, your company wiki. Answers come from your sources only, never from the internet. Pip also reminds you of what you promised that client last time, so you never say "let me check and get back to you" again.

After the call, decisions, commitments and the follow-up email are ready in a moment. The next time you talk with the same person, Pip brings back the context: open points, promises, numbers you agreed on. You can ask things like "what did Luca promise?" and get the answer from past calls.

Transcription happens on your Mac with a local model that understands 25 European languages and works offline. Your audio stays on your computer. Always. When you share your screen or record the call, Pip's window is invisible to everyone else.

You pick a mode for your profession, upload your documents or connect Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint, and Pip draws from that knowledge. Built in Europe by one person, with GDPR in mind. Free trial: 5 sessions, no card needed.

Most call assistants join the meeting as a bot and send your audio to the cloud. TellPip does neither: it listens from your Mac, transcribes on-device in 25 European languages, and stays invisible in screen sharing and recordings. It is built for client work, not for passing interviews: it remembers each client across calls, whispers answers from your own documents, and drafts the follow-up email the moment the call ends.

Problem
On client calls you get asked for a price, a clause, a date you agreed on, and you have to say "I'll get back to you". Two weeks later you have forgotten what you promised, and the follow-up email takes an hour.

Solution
TellPip listens to the call from your Mac, whispers the answer from your own documents when you are asked, remembers what you promised each client, and prepares notes and the follow-up email moments after you hang up.
