Embage is a platform for building AI agents that handle customer support, sales and feedback through chat or voice. Agents answer questions from your knowledge base, take actions in connected apps like Shopify and HubSpot, and save conversations as tickets, leads or feedback records. You can upload PDFs, Word docs and web pages to build a knowledge base, then customize the agent's tone without code.

Agents run on your website as an embedded chat window or voice agent, or answer on Telegram. Visitors can interrupt mid-sentence or hand off to your team at any point. After each conversation, Embage scores it out of 100, summarizes what happened and lists follow-up actions with priority and owner. The platform logs every tool call and identifies knowledge gaps from unanswered questions.

You can bring your own API key from OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway so replies bill to your provider instead of Embage credits. The free plan supports a website agent with your own key. Paid plans add Embage credits for replies, voice sessions and higher limits on knowledge base searches, datastore writes and integration calls.

Embage caches conversation prefixes to reduce token usage on follow-ups, so a multi-turn chat costs less than a flat-fee model. Agents score conversations and surface knowledge gaps. You can pick from 200+ models or plug in your own key, and run different models for each agent and sub-agent.
