Refunds

There is no click-refund guarantee. We do not promise clicks, traffic, rank or search results for any paid product, so no refund depends on them. Paid products never change rank either, which is why a ranking is not a ground for a refund. What money buys

Priority Launch is $19, one time, per product. You get a full refund if you ask before your chosen launch week begins (Monday 00:00 UTC of that week), or if we cannot publish the listing for a reason that is not a breach of the Guidelines. Once your launch week has begun, it is not refundable.

The 14 days of Maker Pro included with Priority Launch are free and have no separate refund.

Homepage sidebar slots ($59 a month or once for 30 days), the homepage feed row ($49 a month or once for 30 days), Featured pins ($39 a month or once for 30 days) and category sidebar slots ($29 a month or once for 30 days) are booked monthly, renewing until you cancel in Billing (it runs to the end of the month you paid for), or once for 30 days with no renewal, at the same price. A one-time Featured pin's 30 days start at payment; a one-time sponsor slot's start when the editor approves your ad. Several slots bought in one checkout are one payment: a refund of that payment covers all of them, and monthly ones stop renewing.

If we fail to show your placement for 48 hours in a row or more within its 30 days, we refund the time it was missing, pro rata:

Slow weeks, low clicks or a lower position for your own product are not missing time.

Newsletter sponsorship is $50 per 1,000 subscribers per issue, with a $50 minimum, and is sold only above 1,000 subscribers. If your issue is not sent within 7 days of the agreed send date, we refund it in full. Once it is sent, it is not refundable.

Maker Pro is $9/month and is analytics for your own listing. It is not refundable. Cancel any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. What’s New Today holds no balances or credits.
• If we end a paid placement for a policy reason that is not your breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part, pro rata.
• If a payment is disputed and the dispute is lost, the purchase ends at once. If the dispute is won, it continues.
• Refunds that follow automatically from these rules are issued without a request.
