About
Kin is a control layer that sits between your AI apps and your accounts. You connect each account once to Kin, then add the AI apps you use. When Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other AI app tries to act on your connected accounts, Kin checks your rules and either allows, blocks or asks you to approve the action.
You set rules per account and action: allow certain AI apps to read your email but block them from sending, or ask for approval each time. Every attempt is logged in an activity feed. You can pause all your AI apps at once, and switch between them mid-task while your work follows you across apps.
Kin also lets AI apps hand off tasks to each other when one hits its limit. The Pro plan supports up to 20 AI apps and 25 connections. Team plans add a shared workspace so your whole team works from one set of rules and one bill. Kin runs in your browser and has apps for Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch.
Kin connects your accounts once and lets you reuse those connections across any AI app you add, with rules you set centrally. When one AI app reaches its limit, it can hand the task to another without you starting over. Approvals sync across your Mac, phone and watch.
- Problem
- Each AI app you use needs its own access to your accounts, and you have no way to control what they do or see what they tried to do.
- Solution
- Connect your accounts to Kin once, then add AI apps. Kin enforces your rules on every action and logs everything. You approve requests from your phone or watch.
