About

Profilfoto KI is an AI headshot generator that turns ordinary selfies into professional business portraits. Upload photos where your face is clearly visible, choose how many reference images to use (one to ten), and pick a style: Business Studio for a studio look, LinkedIn Modern for a relaxed business aesthetic, Dating Authentic for casual portraits, or Hijab variants. The tool generates one photo per credit and stores your selfies in Frankfurt with automatic deletion after 90 days.

You can try the service free with one watermarked photo to check the likeness before buying. The generator emphasises that results must look like you, since a flattering portrait that makes you unrecognisable is useless in a job interview. Paid packages range from two photos at €4.99 to forty photos at €79, with no subscription or renewal.

The service runs from Germany under GDPR, though image generation itself uses Google's Gemini API in the USA under a data processing agreement. The tool is built specifically for German job market conventions, where a photo on a CV is still standard and framing and clothing matter.

Profilfoto KI generates professional headshots from your selfies in one minute, optimized specifically for German HR standards so you look serious and recognizable rather than artificially filtered. Your data stays on German servers and deletes automatically after 90 days. You get 12 photos for 29 euros, compared to 89 to 189 euros for a studio session, with no subscription required.

Problem: Professional headshots require booking a photographer, travelling to a studio and keeping appointments. Generic AI headshot tools often produce flattering results that don't look like you, which backfires in job interviews.
Solution: Upload selfies from your phone, choose a style, and get professional portraits in minutes. The free preview lets you check likeness before buying, and German-specific styling matches CV conventions.
