RentalCal is a direct booking platform for vacation rental owners who want to take reservations without paying platform fees to Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. You get a hosted booking page at your own rentalcal.com address, an embeddable booking widget for your existing website, and a calendar that syncs with all your OTA listings to prevent double bookings. When a guest books directly with you, those dates automatically block on your synced calendars across all platforms.

The calendar refreshes every hour on the free plan and every 15 minutes on Pro. You can display availability and pricing pulled live from your calendar, edit your property description and photos, and customize colours to match your brand. The booking widget works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or any other site with a single code snippet and needs no developer.

On Pro, guests pay by card at checkout through Stripe and money lands in your own account with no RentalCal commission. You can choose instant booking or hold and approve each request. The free plan lets you test with booking requests only. RentalCal also offers The Direct Studio, a separate done-for-you service where they design and manage a custom website for you.

RentalCal charges zero booking commission and keeps your money in your own Stripe account. Calendar sync works over iCal so your listings stay exactly as they are on each platform. The free plan is genuinely free forever for one property with no credit card required.
