About

Submit by Hand is a directory submission service for SaaS, AI and developer tool startups. You paste your product URL, the service writes your listing with tagline, descriptions, categories and features, then picks the directories that fit best and submits to them over 2, 3 weeks. You review and edit the listing before submissions start, and can remove any directories you're already on.

The service handles every form, email confirmation and account creation. You get a live report that updates as each submission lands, with a screenshot of every form filled, the live listing link once published, and login details for each directory so you can take over listings later. The report exports to CSV.

Submit by Hand works with 322 directories across startup, SaaS and AI categories. If a directory turns out to be paid-only or closed, the service replaces it with another matching one until your full count is submitted. All directories used have free submission options.

Submit by Hand writes your listing copy, picks matching directories from its curated list of 322, and submits by hand with screenshots of every form. You get login details for each directory and can take over listings later. The service guarantees replacements if directories are unavailable.

Problem: Startups spend hours researching directories, writing different versions of their listing for each one, filling out forms and confirming emails across dozens of sites.
Solution: Submit by Hand writes your listing once, picks the best directories for your product, and submits to them all over 2, 3 weeks with screenshots and login details included.
