Voice Keyboard Pro

Voice Keyboard Pro is a dictation tool for Mac and iPhone that converts speech to text wherever you're typing. Hold a key, speak naturally, and your words appear at the cursor in any app: email, Slack, Gmail, VS Code, Terminal, or browser. Punctuation and pauses are handled automatically, and you can speak formatting commands like "new line" or "comma" without reaching for keys.

The app lives in your menu bar on Mac and in the iPhone keyboard you already use. Transcription typically completes in under a second. Smart Rewrite adjusts punctuation and tone to match the app you're in while keeping your words. You can add personal vocabulary for names, jargon and product terms, and use voice snippets to insert saved signatures or standard replies. AI commands let you select text and ask for changes like "shorter" or "friendlier".

On Apple silicon Macs, transcription runs entirely offline with no network needed. Voice Keyboard Pro supports 19 languages and includes meeting notes with live transcripts, speaker labels, summaries and action items. History and stats track everything you've dictated, with words per minute and time saved.
